"The technology was never the problem, the strategy was."
Sixteen years working in engineering and manufacturing environments has shown me, at first hand, the burden that admin tasks, bureaucracy and unlinked data place on employees and the impact that has on how efficiently and effectively a business runs. Leading a process and data team at Ford Motor Company, I have been at the forefront of the drive towards automation, single source of truth dashboards and, most recently, AI.
I know what it feels like to experiment with AI, without the right strategy behind it, and not see the value you hoped for. With the pace of AI development and the rising cost of doing business, finding a solution that benefits the business without wasting valuable time, energy and resources is only becoming more important.
Rather than starting with what AI can do, I start by asking what problem we actually want to fix, then build the strategy, buy-in and governance that make the answer stick.
My Approach
My Approach
My solutions are tailored to your organisation, built to last beyond the pilot stage and designed to drive a measurable return on investment.
From initial strategy through to implementation and ongoing monitoring, I support you throughout your journey in three steps:
Embed
A strategy only has value once it is working in practice. I support you from implementation and adoption, through to ongoing monitoring. Ensuring AI becomes part of how your business runs, not a pilot that never quite makes it into production.
Strategise
From there, I build a strategy and adoption plan tailored to your organisation, with data security, governance and your people at its heart. This is where AI's potential turns into a plan you can act on.
Discover
I start by understanding your business: what makes you tick, and where your unique strengths and challenges lie. Working with your teams, I identify where the real bottlenecks and opportunities sit (AI or otherwise), so any strategy that follows is grounded in your organisation, not a generic playbook.
How I can help:
